This training is for those who are interested in joining the PJALS trained peacekeeper team. This workshop will have a specific focus in preparation for the Climate Strike on September 20th.
Trained peacekeepers can help create a successful demonstration! We’ll cover nonviolence principles and guidelines, techniques to defuse and de-escalate potentially volatile situations, and how we work together as a team of peacekeepers. And, we’ll practice so we are more likely to use these new skills in real life!
